CREAM DORY FISH FILLET IN GARLIC DIP

This cream dory fish fillet was marinated in fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper for about 2hrs. Remove fish and patted dry, dip into beaten egg, coat in cornstarch with a pinch of dry basil leaves then roll in bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown and set aside.   You can also use fish fillet called labahita good alternative for this recipe. For the dip heat butter and minced garlic then add the mixture of cornstarch, milk, Maggie magic sarap and pepper to taste. You can use the dip in other fried recipes like chicken, pork and shrimps.

 Ingredients:
Cream Dory Fish Fillet
Cornstarch
Bread crumbs
Egg
Lemon
Dried Basil Leaves
Salt and Pepper
Cooking Oil
Milk
Butter
Minced Garlic
Potato fries for garnish
