Bean sprout spring roll or Lumpiang Togue with spicy vinegar dip is one of my favorite afternoon snack. Try this recipe so delicious especially if you add sweet potato or kamoteng baging.

Beansprout or Togue
Cabbage
Carrots
Ground Pork
Sweet Potato
Drop of Sesame Oil
Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Pinch of sugar
Ground Black pepper
Onion
Garlic
Tofu or Tokwa for Toppings
For Beansprout Roll
Lumpia Wrapper
For the Dip
White Vinegar
Chili Flakes
